Delete Your Nila Account
How to permanently delete your Nila account and all associated data, developed by The CKT Group LLC.
How to request deletion
- From the email address you use to sign in to Nila, send an email to support@thecktgroup.com.
- Use the subject line "Delete my Nila account."
- We verify the request comes from your account email and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address
- Your food and nutrition history (logged dishes, calories, macros, goals)
- Any food photos saved to your account
- Your subscription/trial records held for your account
Retention: Data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax or transaction records held by the app stores), then deleted when no longer required.
