Delete Your Pull Account
How to permanently delete your Pull account and all associated data. Pull is developed by The CKT Group LLC.
Fastest way — delete it in the app
You can permanently delete your account and collection yourself, right from Pull:
- Open Pull and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and saved collection are removed immediately.
Prefer to email us?
From the email address you use to sign in to Pull, send a message to support@thecktgroup.com with the subject "Delete my Pull account." We verify the request comes from your account email and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days, then email you to confirm.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address
- Your saved collection (all the cards you've added)
- Any purchase/entitlement records held for your account
Retention: Data is deleted immediately for in-app deletions, and within 30 days for verified email requests. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, transaction records held by the app stores), then deleted when no longer required.
